Organized by the resilient endurance athlete Steve Sammut Nurminen, this event is not only a physical challenge but also a heartfelt initiative to raise funds for the Malta Soup Kitchen.

MOVE FOR MEALS MALTA is not just your ordinary charity event; it’s an immersive experience that encourages participants to move with purpose. Stephen Sammut Nurminen will be running continuously for 24 hours around the track at L-Università ta’ Malta, covering kilometers that directly translate into donated meals for those in need. 

Every kilometer Steve covers equals one donated meal, making this event a powerful combination of fitness, charity, and community spirit!

Activities

The event offers a diverse range of activities for participants and spectators alike. From fitness classes and races, including a 4-mile adult run and a 1-mile kids run, to yoga, pilates, and a HYROX fitness class, there’s something for everyone. Participants can join these activities by reserving a spot, with a minimum donation required.
